Alumni can present programs to help increase the base of presenters at the conference which helps all the people at the conference. Once in the working force or graduate school, insight and knowledge is gained on the undergraduate experience that can be helpful.
Alumni are considered those students and advisors that are no longer a part of NCARH or their campus organization. It does not necessarily mean that the person has graduated. Persons are eligible for pins if they have the knowledge that this will be their last conference or event with NCARH.
Presentation of the pins will happen at the NCARH Conference Banquet. If the student or advisor can not make the NCARH Conference, then the pin will be mailed to that person, although they will still be recognized at the conference
